They set up a "phone interview" with a potential hire...long story short, the potential hire travels across the country and shows up at our door unannounced (all part of their plan). After WE ran a background check, WE found out that the potential hire was a registered sex offender (CHILD MOLESTER). The owner is a total LIAR and this "business" should be flagged for FRAUD!
