Since more than 1 and half yr I'm struggling with toothsi. It's worst customer service. They took my money in advance and since long I'm struggling for appointment and they don't care to show any professionalism in giving appointment. Two months back they given me appointment in Nashik one hr I waited outside clinic and than they say Dr has to rush somewhere in emergency and when next time I asked Dr she said I was not saud about your appointment from toothsi. I asked compensation for my waiting and auto fair which I have to pay for waiting but they didn't given any compensation nor bothered to look into that matter. I'm highly highly disappointed with them since 18 to 20 months I'm literally pissed off with every every time. They don't have to consistency in their work.
