Reflections on Silver Lake has become very run down with several indecent units. Amenities aren’t working. Little Silver Lake is overrun with debris. A report of uncontrolled intoxication, needing emergency attention from the ambulance, indecent behavior, disposal of human waste thrown on property. Still going on this year.
