Receptionist has refused request for medical records to be released based upon non payment of 200.00
This refusal is in violation and illegal .
One cannot hold someone’s medical records HOSTAGE and respond in such a immature and irresponsible manner !
We are appalled at this receptionist lack of professionalism and responsible behaviour regarding the health and immediate needs of an 82 years old patient !
The lack of class here is absolutely appalling and this woman obviously has ghetto principles that do not belong in a professional office ever !

This receptionist has endangered an 82 years olds health by delaying urgent medical needs that require full disclosure of patients health conditions !
