A SHODDY LYING CONTRACTOR, YOU WILL REGRET HIRING THIS CROOK!

When he first came to the job, he claimed that he was a "5 STAR" pro contractor. After all the issues, I dug deeper into his Angi rating and he no positive reviews in the last eight years. this should have been a six-week job, but eight months later it still is not completed and will cost me $25,000 to repair the damage they did. Roof crooked shingles, exposed nails, siding had seams that where you could see the outside and let cold air in, DIDN’T CAULK!!! Improperly installed J-CHANNELS leaking. Left garbage in the rain gutter and it caused my basement to flood! Windows leak air and rainwater!!! Didn’t finish the job; left trash, nails, garbage, and cigarette butts all over the property, and I paid him almost $40,000!!! He claims to be a roofer but proved he knows absolutely nothing about roofing! His siding was all crooked, leaked air, he is a liar and refused to fix his shoddy work.

I contacted Angi's in May, 2024. Then, I received a call from Precision Renovations, through Angie. I told them this is a large job, asked if they have a licensed electrician and full crew, told me yes. The job started on 06/21/24, contractor left the job on 08/23/24. Contractor told me the morning of 08/23/24 that he was going to another job, walked off the job before it was completed (which is illegal). They smoked cigarettes, and I told them I didn't want cigarette butts laying around. After they left, my wife and I spent weeks cleaning up the mess of nails, cigarette butts, garbage, and construction trash they left. As I became concerned, I went up on the second story roof and was shocked the roof was not properly shingled, many exposed nails on top of shingles, my basement was flooded because they left garbage in the gutter that clogged the downspouts. They left voids in the new siding that I could see right through the wall and cold air was coming in!!! Also, none of the siding channels were done correctly, nothing was caulked or sealed. Very amateurish workmanship. I've had the work reviewed by two contractors and both told the siding needs to be redone.
Toward the end, it was getting impossible to communicate with precision as he would lie or not answer. He never checked the quality of work or followed up to confirm any issues. They also left a harassing message on my phone.
