Wow- what customer service.

I ordered two pairs of shoes during a pre Christmas sale. Because I was out of the country I missed the return window and as it turns out one pair did not fit my mom (I purchased this as a gift). Customer service was some of the best I have ever received. Not only did she agree to the return, she sent me a label and made the process so damn easy. I ended up purchasing much more that I intended with the return gift card because the brand was so incredible at customer service. Will shop here again and again. Beautiful quality. Superb customer service.
