This has been a nightmare dealing with the unprofessional staff that are allowed to interact with customers. This business is telling customers to take their review down and threatened to go to google to have review removed. This is still a free country and being rude and nasty to prospective tenants is just so unprofessional!! Cindy isn't the only one nasty evidently, she learned from her manager. The treatment to prospective tenants is horrible. I'm grateful a lease was not signed. I can't imagine how these young people would have felt living for a year with a company that thinks it's okay to be rude and nasty. Housing is important to all, when young people come to these different companies and are treated like the enemy it leaves a bad taste in my life. Remember the excitement of having your first apartment, the memories they have are of meanest and bitter adult's that are too rude to assist young people in navigating this new goal in life of obtaining their first apartment. Kindness goes a long way, to have this experience be their first is really sad. Let's as a community educate young people in not giving a deposit more than a month in advance without warning them verbally the consequences of their actions in their excitement to obtain their first apartment. Instead, they were told they should have read the paperwork. Shame on Paradigm Properties for being so rigid when rigidity wasn't needed sometimes Grace is needed instead of scorn, verbal angry lashing out at prospective clients isn't professional. Remember once again when you were young and starting out embarking on a journey to adulthood, renting your first apartment. I will continue to give reviews as this is my right as a consumer and taxpayer.
