Do not use under any circumstances! They took our money for a Murphy bed and never delivered. They missed delivery dates over and ever then they just made up an excuse that the entire family died on the last day before we left Dubai and then didn't deliver again. Most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Do not use under any circumstances. If you're in doubt read their management's responses to other people's comments on Google. How disrespectful!
Edit 2022-08-22: I see that the owner of this business likes to post responses saying that "this person who left a review isn't actually a customer" so I wanted to add a picture of the quotation that we paid for and the name of the manager who we dealt with. We have filed a complaint with the department of consumer affairs in Dubai as Ratna Dutta Sharma frauded us and stole our funds.
Edit 2022-08-23: This lady is literally threatening my apartment manager and assistant who were both directly involved in the process. She literally wrote something along the lines of "I know you live in Moscow so I'll make sure my friends harass you". Insane that a person threatens people on her Google reviews. I think at this point there's no one that can show how their business is run better than the owner leaving threats to people who are reviewing her business and were DIRECTLY involved with the transaction I'm describing. Notice she never once denied the fact that she got paid but didn't deliver. Only threats. Good luck...
