To whom it may concern, I Pray that you can help bring resolution to this breach of contract with Elite Fence Fence Products.
As of today it has now been 6 months and after repeated requests via email and telephone speaking with Dave Pike and Jennifer Ali , I have NOT received 1 update on the status of the custom railings order, nor the delivery thereof! I was told that the railings would be done and delivered by no later than today December 12, 2024.
This was my hard earned money, (over $16,000) at which I paid in full on June 12, 2024, I was given a 4-6 month lead time, so I started following up in the fall, and all I have gotten is the run-around, neither would give me status as to where order was in production, or the expected delivery date.
Update, as I'm posting this complaint online, I posted this same message to their facebook page, immediately it was deleted and I was blocked from their page
