I do not recommend that potential renters or landlords use Black Grace Cowley

I found Black Grace Cowley unresponsive to requests for repair and maintenance on my rental property

Myself and my tenants had to contact them multiple times and continually chase Black Grace Cowley to ensure essential repair work was carried out

The few jobs that did get done was shoddily completed, and the slipshod workmanship combined with the long delay in doing them caused significant damage to my property, and led to the departure of several long term tenants
