Morally Dubious Cancellation Policy
The implication when you're sold on joining their onramp program is that you are able to try it out and if you don't like it in the first 30 days you can cancel without much investment. This is so that you can try it and see if it's a good fit for you.
But the reality is that once any payment is made to them they won't refund it, irregardless of the actual start date of the program. So my second payment came out after just one single session and when I tried to cancel well before the end date of the cohort they wouldn't refund me anything.
They claim that I verbally agreed to pay for a month where nothing happened since they treat the billing completely separate from the actual program. When I was signing up I was led to believe that if I cancelled before the end of the program I would only be liable for the first payment but that wasn't how it turned out.
I might have tried again if things were handled a bit differently, but no chance I would ever do business with this company again.
Be careful before you agree to anything with them!
