Should be a zero Absolute worse management company to deal with. Zero interpersonal skills, ineffective communicators, rude, condescending. Repair and maintenance substandard. Took 8 weeks to repair. Leaking kitchen faucet! Ineffective responses to simple maintenance requests! Exterior of property needed painted. Will happily nickel n dime tenant with unreasonable expectation for cleaning of property after lease ends; Jody’s histrionics and dramatic performance during our walk through inspection was priceless; her finger wiping and “white glove” expectation was absurd and not a standard for normal cleaning of a property. Unstated expectation was professional level cleaning. Terrible Unable to clarify or confirm basic interactions with renter Absolute shite !
