Absolutely Terrible Service – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give PayMyTuition zero stars, I would. This is by far the most incompetent, unprofessional, and downright frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I made my payment well in advance, submitted all required documents, and followed up multiple times—yet nothing. No updates, no confirmation, and zero communication from their so-called "customer service." It’s like they disappeared after taking my money!
When I reached out for support, I got NOTHING but silence. Emails go unanswered, and trying to get help is like shouting into the void. It's beyond ridiculous. A company handling money should at least be minimally responsible and communicate, but apparently, that's too much to ask.
If you enjoy being ignored, delayed, and stressed out while wondering where your payment went, by all means, use PayMyTuition. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find a service that actually cares about its customers. This is a complete joke.
