they scrape job boards for publicly listed resumes, and contact you with "available positions", conduct "screening interviews" and then send you their "RTR Form" which asks you to provide all sorts of sensitive information, Full Legal Name, Street Address, Birthdate, Social Security Number, and more.
DO NOT GIVE IT! Report them to the FBI!
