Questionable Ethics

I would not recommend utilizing Haffner. The sales manager assigned to our account, Tom Selby, proposed a piece of equipment and promoted a refundable deposit if we did not move forward with the purchase. Haffner has not refunded our deposit and the lack of professionalism displayed by Tom in not even returning calls is pathetic. We have also made inquiries to Stephen Kucer and no response.
