Edward “Ned” R. (Rutledge) Moore Jr. likes to send racist emails to strangers from his Bey-Douglas work account; makes racist, misogynist, and vile posts on X/Twitter, and calls Middle Eastern people “sand n***ers.” Disgusting human. He scrubbed his X account after people complained to Bey-Douglas, but they don’t seem to have fired him yet.
