Absolutely Awful content insurance claim Experience!!

Absolutely Horrific experience with this loss adujster company, made a claim for a damaged TV.
The customer service is no help at all, quite rude and unhelpful.
They ask you to jump through hoops and pay out of your own pocket before they will even look at your claim.
**DO NOT USE**, Pay a little more and go with a more reputable company, lesson learned,
