DO NOT order through this company!
Do not order through this company! We asked for a clarification on arrival dates before we moved forward with purchasing (our fault for ordering in a hurry, they could have told us a simple no), and were met with unprofessional and rude behavior. We asked them "if we paid for the backdrop now, if it would arrive in time for our performance?" Hoping they would have expertise, or could help guide us. The response was: "I don't have a crystal ball, and I won't be driving the truck out so how would I know." After this response, I decided to let them know their behavior was rude, and unprofessional, and that we would be moving in a different direction. The responses afterwards were INCREDIBLY rude and clearly harassment. "I would say break a leg, but I don't have a crystal ball for that either. And good luck finding another back drop."
We honestly can do without the backdrop, and this is just not worth it. NEVER have I worked with a company before that has treated a school like this. Working for a school district is hard enough. Happy teacher appreciation week! Buy your theatre teachers a drink, because it is ridiculous what we go through!
