Where to start!
A booking for a group of 15 boys (11/12 year olds) at a cost of £708 (originally £825 prior to discount - which you need to ask for by the way).
This is how the day went:
Session booked was 12.30-3.30
The boys started paintballing after 1pm. Between walking to the areas and breaks they were lucky if they got 60 minutes of actual paintballing.
Package included 500 paintballs each which ran out very quickly and it costs £45 per bag of 500 paintballs on the day.
1 staff member took them out to the field 15:1 ratio? She was quite young and made it very clear the boys were annoying her which they noticed and it ruined their experience. She kept 'huffing' throughout.
I had asked to bring food to the venue and was told this was not permitted (thankfully have this in an email). I respected that, I know a lot of venues are the same.
Your options are a hot dog or pot noodle however there were about 6 pot noodles.
I got 15 hotdogs and 15 bottles of water, total cost of over £100 and the hot dogs were horrid, very few were eaten.
I then noticed another party with a table of food they had came with.
I questioned this and was told you can bring food. I asked to speak to the manager. Chole called 'Derek' who instead of speaking to me told her to give me £40 back! Again I asked to speak to him and he did. I explained the situation re the food and he eventually agreed to refund £100.
So overall a terrible experience, similar to reviews already on trip advisor for the Edinburgh venue so lesson learnt, I should have taken note and thought I would just leave it at that until my dad called me.
I had been on a call to him, left my phone to go and get something from the car and he could hear the 2 female members of staff talking.
They were taking about the kids and how they were shouting at them, how if 'Derek' the manager was there he would be shouting at them as well.

So yes, please, please, please avoid!! I can't speak for adult sessions but avoid for kids.
