I recently spoke with customer service to arrange a ride for one of our residents, but unfortunately, I encountered some challenges with the service. The representative's communication style was a bit disrespectful and didn't make me feel understood. For instance, when I mentioned 8 in the morning, she responded I know its morning, it can not be evening!
Towards the end of the booking process, I politely inquired about consolidating all the appointments we had made to ensure they were properly recorded in the system. However, the response I received was kinda rude. While I understand it may take time to review, the way it was communicated felt unpleasant. I believe a more courteous response, like expressing apologies for the inconvenience and suggesting calling a day prior to appointments for confirmation, would have been appreciated.
