I’d give zero stars if it was possible
I’d give zero stars if it was possible. I purchased a pair of Adidas boots for over £100 and in less than 4 months one had split at the sole. With two boys playing rugby, I’ve 10 years of caring for boots behind me, and I’ve never had this happen. Rugby Heaven slowly replied to each email, after several days of chasing each time, continually asking for more information, more photos, more information and more photos. I obliged every time only to be told it was my fault and I’d not cared for them correctly. Interestingly, I care for them in the way recommended on their website, but they refuse to believe me. I still had one perfectly good boot, and Rugby Heaven had not even seen the boots, so how they came to this conclusion is beyond me. I’ll never use them again. Their customer service is absolutely awful.
