Worst organization in west bengal
Firstly, Nothing as of. Most of the hirerchy doesn't even understand jobs.They post those jobs blindly.They force the writer to do those jobs however possible. The CEO himself doesn't know what are the things that fits in proposal, dissertation,report, essay.He forces the writers to work overtime.The writers have to stay in office till 10 p.m at night from morning 10 a.m.Worst time management.
Secondly,comes to salary dispatch.They don't pay salary on time.i myself have dues till now of seven months.I have asked several times in the accounts section to clear my dues of seven months,they are simply denying that there is no dues of seven months like thieves.
Thirdly, At present the situation has become more worst than before it was.The jobs which you can complete within one hour from start time now it take three hours to complete.They are simply using chatgpt, quillbot to generate the content of job cards and then uses quilt bolt premium to paraphrase those content.They are taking jobs from clients at fifty paisa per word and delivering jobs done via chatgpt and quillbot.Another thing, they have created one worst portal named Unica were the topic has to be posted and then the software starts providing useless materials that remains irrelevant to job card. And the CEO of RR is forcing each and every writer to generate content via this portal.It is taking three hours to get complete raw output of one single file with absurd content.Basically they are using chatgpt three, fourth to generate each and every content of job cards.This is leading to poor quality of jobs and uncountable reworks of every file.
Fourthly,they are forcing the writers to provide specification of every job with hundreds of requirements.This process takes one hour to get complete.Now when you are delivering the raw content of one jobs you have already wasted three to four hours for one single job.
Fifthly, At present time,the raw content of the file from Chatgpt gets processed in quillbot premium in the hands of staffs that are not in the content field.Example, system staffs,sweepers,tea makers.These people doesn't even understands what is a report,essay, power point presentation,Poster etc etc.The CEO had kept these people to bring out the final output of every single file.Guys imagine the condition of work at present in Royal Research.
Sixthly, most of the hirerchy behaviour is like slum people.They will just shout like dogs at you if you commit any mistakes in the file.They uses crude words infront of the CEO. They will make the situation so worst as if you have committed some serious crime.They will make you go depressed and will force you to loose confidence at your work. They expect every writer to be bonded labourers and work for them with all this mishap tools "without salary".
Seventhly,High level of politics in this organisation.The CEO always remains biased with some of the hirerchies in his company .I could have mentioned the names of the people but due to some humanity I won't mention...Rest employees are like slaves according to him.
Eighthly, promotion and increment in the organisation are for those employees who can butter his or her hirerchy as well as the CEO.You have to do oiling,buttering etc etc to your hirerchy to get promoted.Me personally as an experienced employee of RR have seen this situation many times.Even if you have full work potential within yourself to get promoted but limited buttering capability you will not be given the priority.Even if you get promoted and doesn't satisfy your hirerchy by remaining a slave of his or her,the management will demote you at any cost.This is very bitter truth for RR's management.
Note: One suggestion, who ever is reading this review,whether your are an experienced or freshers,"donot"join Royal Research even if you are not getting jobs any where.If you do not want to waste your time and energy in your life, do not want to destroy your future,please do not join Royal Research. Remain idol rather working in this organisation.I admit this was once a reputed organization before.But,at present this has become one of the worst organization in west bengal. I have given this review with my self experience,after working in this organisation for years.
Most of well managed, efficient hirerchies, efficient writers has resigned from this company at present due to this vague working style of the CEO,Chinmoy Pal.
