Togo fabric quality issue - LR does nothing
Bought 3 pieces of Togo sofa. The fabric gets yellowish stains by contact with water, for example when having a drop of water on the sofa, the drop turns into a yellow spot when dried.
Ligne Roset asked us to send a proof of this issue, so we send them a video to make it obvious. They insist that they do not have this issue in their quality testing with this fabric and reject our complaint.
Luxury prices but cheap quality and a horrible customer experience. I will never ever buy a product from this company, as this manner is not customer centric.
