If you want to waste 4.5 hours and $400 definitely pick this salon.
I had surgery on Tuesday and wanted a pick me up to feel better and couldn’t get in with my regular girl on short notice: this place was close and had amazing reviews. What a horrific mistake on my part.
Their stylist absolutely RUINED my hair. I walked in with half blonde hair and walked out with zero blonde hair.
The stylist admitted she messed up but because they make you sign a quoted price up front you are backed into a corner even when it’s THEIR fault.
Absolute worst salon ever. RUN.
