Worst order experience of my life

Ordered a signed copy of Silver Lining Suite by Hiromi in 2021. It did not ship until January 2024. There were multiple production delays and the signed sleeve I paid extra for was lost. I moved addresses during the delay and confirmed twice that my updated address was in the system, yet it was shipped to my old address anyway, and I have no way of retrieving it, and they refused to issue a refund, so I had to contact their platform host directly. I have never had an order go this horribly before. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth it, which is an absolute tragedy because I love this album dearly.
