Had been a customer for years and used with minor issues ( minor plumbing problems). 2023 saw them take a turn for the worse and refuse to cover a radiator that had come off the wall (had been on for the 13 years prior) saying it was incorrectly installed??? What's the point in paying for insurance then??? Plumber who was called out said most customers seem to hate them as this was the 3rd job that week they'd refuse to cover... I think their actuaries might have made some mistakes.. either that or OVO in general are probably mis-managing them..
