Terrible customer support
I purchased a vacuum pump and after a few months it blew up n burst imto s ball of flames. I contacted there customer service and they said to stop using it and they would get back to me shortly. Its been a month and i have heard nothing back and i have sent multiple messages trying to find out whats going on only to be ignored. The worst customer support i have come across.
