Total disappointment in this Trust Company
Total disappointment in the management of the beneficiary’s Trust. Seven months of no activity regarding tax filings led to delay upon delay while Rick Mah said he didn’t know why this was happening, yet he was managing this process. And his assistant Jayce Voyer stated we received updates and would hear back when the Government, not this firm, had information regarding required tax filings despite unreasonable delays and noted items that were simply not true.
After promised late reports from CV Trust that lacked any transparency and no mention of why things were delayed now eight months plus, they went silent.
Just poor management; and the sign of a poor Trustee is the lack of transparency and requested information. Stay clear of the company.
May now need to hire a lawyer to request proper communication and actions on our behalf, as our legal representative and fiduciary has clearly failed us.
