Criminal

Two salesmen had driven my possible trade-in. When we couldn't reach a deal, I asked for my keys back. They said they had already given them back. After a back and forth I went to get the General Manager. While gone, the crooks dropped placed my keys on the floor as if I had "dropped" them there. Naturally I've never been back. No experience with car salesmen can ever be pleasant, but dealing with criminals takes things to another level.
