Poor - sell themselves as ‘Executive Search’ but they are just an agency gathering CVs and passing them to clients. No effort made to understand candidates and their potential fit for open positions, which is pretty fundamental in the world of executive search, in my view. I wouldn’t recommend them, and certainly won’t use them in the future.
