I would love to write a great review but….

I would love to write a great review but I am still waiting on my refund. We were suppose to go to Hawaii and covid hit and everything was cancelled. When Danielle was getting everything together for our trip she was great at responding and on top of making sure everything was in ordered. well when it got cancelled even though we had bought insurance…. 2 years later we still haven’t gotten our refund, the insurance company can not locate us and i can’t get a response back from Danielle (we have texted and emailed and still nothing)
