If I could give zero stars I would. Found out today they disconnected power to the condo buildings I oversea as treasurer. Which in turn cut all the water off to the units. When I called they claimed they sent disconnection notices and calls. I have no notices in my account online, I received no phone calls as they were calling the number of a previous treasurer. They also said my account number doesn't match theirs. But they somehow found a way to cut the power and demanded $400 to reconnect...which I had to pay to get water back. The most poorly run and managed utility company I have ever had to deal with. Clearly, their records and mine do not match, but I would expect if you are going to cut power and water, that you at least alert one person living there. Rather than sneak in and do it.
