I am reaching out to you in the community of business interactions with an attorney,Barbara L.Franklin,whom I paid for services consisting of several issues that needed attention immediately although since June 2022 till present Ms.Franklin breached her fiduciary duty,breach of contract during the legal services that caused harm to me as a client and her refusal to refund retainer fees explains that I have been tremendously hurt by taking advantage of my finances at a time when I was in a desperate condition,seeking relief from issues pertaining to the real estate commission/neighbor disputes. To be plain,I have been tricked,scammed,deceived,neglected,cheated, by this con artist who led me to believe that she was knowlegable in real estate law and left for a month long vacation to Europe although upon her return Ms.Franklin notified me that she does not do real estate law and repeatedly advised that she did perform the services and it’s a baseless complaint.

WE WERE INTRODUCED TO MILESTONE COACHING THROUGH MY EMPLOYER SOMETIME IN 2019 SO WE DECIDED TO TRANSFER OUR PORTFOLIO TO THEM SINCE OUR PRESENT ADVISOR WILL BE RETIRING AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST 5 YEARS ALTHOUGH NO REAL GROWTH WITH NO REAL COMMUNICATION OTHER THAN WHEN I TRY TO ASK HOW IS OUR PORTFOLIO DOING AND IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME IT'S OK AND DOING GOOD ALTHOUGH THE BALANCES STAY THE SAME SO WE WERE INVITED TO A ZOOM MEETING WITH TRAVIS TAZAWA ADVISING US THAT THE MARKET LOOKS GLOOMY SO TRAVIS ADVISED US IN DECEMBER 2022 THAT HE WILL INVEST IN SOME CD'S WHICH HE NEVER DID WHICH WERE PAYING THE HIGHEST RATE AT THAT TIME AND WE SAID WE WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER SOME OF OUR TRADITIONAL IRA'S TO OUR ROTH IRA'S ACCOUNTS SO WE SIGNED THE CONVERSION FORMS AND OUR MEETING ENDED THEN ON JANUARY 16,2023 AT 5:11 PM I WAS SHOCKED THAT OUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WAS A ZERO BALANCE WHICH PUT US IN SHOCK WITH ANXIOUS NERVES SHAKING SO THIS WAS A FRIDAY LATE WHICH TRAVIS ADVISED US THAT IT'LL HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY SO OUR ENTIRE LIVES WENT INTO A STATE OF ANXIETY,FRUSTRATION,SINCE IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH TO DO A REVERSE . NO APOLOGY FROM OWNER CAINE NAKATA ALSO NO FOLLOW UP FROM TRAVIS TO HOW MUCH LONGER THE REVERSE WILL TAKE SINCE EVERY DAY WAS A SLEEPLESS NIGHT.TO SUMMERIZE THIS WHOLE NIGHTMARE ORDEAL IS THAT IT'S GETTING HARD TO FIND A ADVISOR THAT WILL WATCH CLIENT FUNDS AND NOT JUST THIER DEEP POCKETS SO YOU REALLY DON'T NEED ONE JUST DYI.
