I booked a trip through them and paid the amount Rs50,000. Within 4 to 5 hours of booking I had to cancel and they kept. They said that they had already paid the hotel and tour guide and airport to hotel transfer guy (within a few hours) and could only return 50% of the money. So firstly it means that that only 50% of what I paid was used for the hotel, transfers and tours. 50% went into the account of the agent. I spoke to the hotel 2 weeks in advance and said that I had too cel my stay and the hotel advised me that if the agent cancels and applies for refund then they will give it to them. So I messaged My Travels Time with the recording of my conversation with the hotel and nothing happened. They charged Rs25,000 for themselves a Rs 25,000 trip. That means they make a 100% profit. Dont book with them. Must go with a more trustworthy agent.
