Avoid rent a car from Klass Wagen - the attractive low prices is just a hook. Once you are there they use the small print to get as much money possible from you. Stick to the main rental car companies that you know what you will pay. I have rented a car on July 19th booking reference 727429677 and was very dissipated from the start to the end.
Was very difficult to find them as was no desk in the airport. Just a person outside to take you to the depot.
I already had third-part insurance so they as for €2700 deposit.
Didn’t had this total available in one credit car and they didn’t accept splitting in two card on my name.
Had to pay extra €200 for this, only did because was 2am and far from airport and was treated no to be given a car.
Try to solve the issue with customer service and they said that was everything stated on the policy.
In top of all this I had a car that the air con was faulty.
