I found the overall experience very disappointing. I apparently signed a 3 year contract for a Firewall subscription that was in my opinion not made clear. I also found the monthly charges excessive. However, their technical service team are very professional and offer an efficient and effective service. I relocated my services to Google and B-Online and saved £290 per month.
