Had to make a last minute cancellation as school advised there was a surprise special event during the lesson time. A+ was advised of these circumstances and charged a $75 late cancellation fee nonetheless. When you speak with a person on the telephone they say they cannot make any changes, you must access their website only. If you absolutely insist, they will tell you what openings are available, however, you must then login to schedule.
