SCAM!!!! Don't get scammed. This is your home, your lifetime investment. Do your research, maybe you will have better luck than I did but are you gonna take that chance? This company Ryans Roofing had to return to correct upside-down shingles and very very poor quality work. I'm no roofer but I know which way shingles go. The company suggested replacing the flashing on my chimney but after the 4 time they said it was too costly for them lol this is like buying wheels and tires for your car and when you pick up your car there are no tires and the company says oh the tires were too expensive for us but you paid for wheels and tires lol The O'l bait and switch. This is my experience take it for what its worth but I would advise you look elsewhere. Take a look at $1400.00 lol yep shouldn't have trusted them.
