Shocking Customer Service
Hi I am a British citizen living in Riyadh.
On the 13th of April I ordered a piece from L'azurde and it was supposed to reach me on the 16th of April.
Today is the 19th of April and I contacted them and they said we do not deliver to the UK !!. Then I called the customer service number and I was asked if I wanted to ship it to the USA !!
When I have in my hand a receipt from them clearly that shows a RIYADH address and a Delivery date of 16 of April. Shocking behavior and even more shocking customer service. Especially when you compare their prices and you see that they are much higher than normal market rates you would expect at least a decent service. Big mistake from my side I will never buy again from them
