I have tried to contract the services of COECO and from the first moment it has been like a gymkhana, delays in appointments, terrible attention on the first appointment, but since they had spoken well to us about them, we requested a second one in which things were somewhat better. ..the problem comes when more than two weeks later we still have not received the quote.
We have claimed it twice and both times they promised us that we would receive it that same day. I'm still waiting.
If they are like this during the sale, which is when any company gives the best image it can, imagine what they will be like once the sale has been made.
By the way, they didn't apologize for the first date fiasco, nor did they bother to apologize every time I asked them for the budget. For me that is a symptom of an arrogance that combines very badly with a company that is supposed to provide a top quality service.
