Saturn Title will not address my concerns. The tax calculation on the closing of the sale of my house in Chicago was incorrect and I have requested a post closing review of closing costs. I told them at closing it was incorrect, but they refused to correct. I am owed over $7,000. I'm an accountant and I know how to figure real estate tax on a closing, especially since I now have the actual tax bill.
