Shocking Customer Services
I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the Customer Service at Haynes.
Their customer service department doesn't answer emails, I've sent 6 up to yet without a reply
The technical diagrams are sparse and inaccurate, the labelling of parts is often non-existent, the video tutorials aren't even of the same manufacturer as my vehicle, let alone being specific to my vehicle.
In summary, the manual is not fit for purpose in any practical way and should be delisted for sale by Haynes... It's disgraceful
