With a decades-long career in the auto industry—including roles in sales, finance, management, training, and executive leadership—I’ve never encountered (nor would I have allowed) this level of disorganization and poor follow-through.
Key issues included:
• Mishandled accessory installation
• Significant delivery problems
• Unexpected demands for hundreds of additional dollars four months after final delivery and payment
• Now, refusal to provide the full, properly pro-rated amount owed on the extended service contract
These repeated failures turned a simple transaction into a prolonged, frustrating ordeal. Buyers deserve transparency, accountability, and reliable service—Coyne Powersports fell well short on all fronts.
