Stay away from this store, the service is terrible and the man is always there as a salesperson is a liar. I have been waiting for a response back from them after a week regarding the infected pond mirror with the bracket metal detached to the mirror falling off from the heavy mirror and its damage to my house. I contacted the services by email that they instruct and also left several voice mail messages. however, no one responded. I then came to the Store located in Edina and when I arrive, a sale man came right out without asking questions or reviewing the item, he told me, "I am not refunding the merchant and that if I want to leave there then I could" It is a horrible terrible business and such a scam for an expensive mirror that cost $499 with poor labor and is defective. Please do not fall into the trap that I had right now.
