My Qtrade account was inactive for almost three years, so I honestly gave up on it. Later on, I discovered they had launched a new platform at Qtrade.us.com, and I decided to try the account merge. Best decision ever. My account was reactivated smoothly, and I was able to withdraw my funds without any issues.
