Unsatisfactory!
We underwent two IVF cycles at this center. While the doctors and staff were friendly and responsive, I had overstimulation at the second time which resulted in hospitalisation. I am not sure if this risk was avoidable. Our main criticism was that the treating doctor had our only surviving embryo frozen on day 1 while she could leave it in culture for 5/6 days to ensure it will turn into a blastocyst before costing us 900 euro freezing cost. That embryo later was thawed and did not develop. However, had it developed they had to re-freeze it for genetic testing and double freezing is not recommended at all. Therefore, we did not feel that the patient's interests are truly taken into account at this clinic.
