Poor customer service, I ordered an upper on the 7th and it the 17th not one email. As I read these reviews, I can't believe any of them. Or maybe it's just my order. just one Email would do the trick, just let me know something. Is that too much to ask for? Oh, did I mention it's been 10 days so far.
