Strongly do not recommend
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others think carefully before engaging with ClinCapture/Captivate.
I found the organization to be unprofessional in its communication and conduct. Interactions frequently felt disorganized, dismissive, and lacking the level of accountability expected in the clinical research space. Concerns were not handled constructively, and there was little sense of partnership.
The business practices felt rigid and, in my opinion, predatory. Contract terms and pricing structures appeared designed to limit flexibility and protect the company at the customer’s expense. Attempts to find reasonable solutions were met with inflexibility rather than collaboration.
Equally concerning was what seemed to be a toxic culture reflected in external interactions — defensive, adversarial, and unwilling to take responsibility when issues arose.
Given my experience, I would advise others to proceed with extreme caution or consider alternative vendors. In an industry that depends on trust, professionalism, and ethical collaboration, I did not find this company to meet those standards
