I loved the workshop because everything was made easy to understand, and questions were asked and answered as the live Zoom presentation went on. In so many of these classes, you either have to wait until the end or the presentation just looks live. This one was totally interactive, and you could ask the instructor anything. Plus, we got to go into chat rooms and discuss certain topics. I really enjoyed the interaction with the other students. It felt almost like being there in person. I earned my LSS Yellow Belt after completing Phase I, and I’ll be working on my other belts in Phases 2 and 3. I liked that you got something right away. I had to take a test, but since the workshop was at a higher level, it came easily to me. I’ve been doing Lean Six Sigma work for a while, just without certification. I’m really excited to keep going, and the class was incredibly inspiring.
