I purchased a Generac generator from Harris Comfort 2 years and everything was ok until now. On November 26, 2025 I paid for the yearly generator maintenance and tune-up and every since then I have been getting a runaround regarding having that service performed. I have called a half dozen times for a schedule and I keep getting told I'm on the list. Really? They've had my money for over 2 months and still no movement on a service. Very disappointed that a company on the back end doesn't seem to care after they get your money
